It looks like a Rule in Identity Attribute and having class cast exception.

If it is a Rule, do you mind sharing it here masking sensitive data.

We don’t have any rule for this source.

It looks like there is a mismatch when trying to cast something into something. Can you share your provisioning policy or any attribute/provisioning policy rules defined (after necessary masking)?

Above issue has been resolved …Problem with attribute type.
