I’m using SailPoint ISC form for one of my requirement. Issue is I’m having two conditions for department. But the issue 2nd Condition is working fine but for 1st Condition it showing default value but it is not disabling it.

Anybody knows what is my mistake ? How can I troub

I have added form input if value is empty then it will pick from form input.

If you want to disable the field even though conditions matches or not like you want to in confirmation form all the values in read-Only.

We have to give only one condition at a time . If you want to set Default Value as well as Disable field then it should be two different conditions.
