I completed my SailPoint Identity Security Engineer exam today, but the result has not appeared. Proctor360 shows the session as COMPLETED. My Identity University account uses my corporate email, but sue to a Proctor360 login/password-reset issue, I ended up creating the Proctor360 account with my personal email.
Could someone from SailPoint confirm whether the result will still be associated with my Identity University account, or whether the accounts need to be linked ?
I have also raised a support ticket with SailPoint, but I’m posting here to understand whether anyone has experienced a similar situation with Proctor360 and email/account association.
