Sailpoint does not retrieve application entitlement display names properly

We have an issue with the retrieval - by Sailpoint connectors for multiple applications - of display names related to application entitlements. Once the initial name has been retrieved (Initial Group Aggregation), renames of the same entitlements in the application of origin are no longer propagated into the Sailpoint Entitlement Catalog.

The display names are getting updated(verified from the ManagedAttribute object via Debug) but changes are not reflecting in UI

Any idea?

You’ll need to put a group refresh rule in place on the group aggregations to update the entitlement catalog with the latest data from the application.

Thank you, the issue has been resolved by implementing the group aggregation refresh rule.
