Running the upgrade command getting the below error

Can you provide more details on what it is your trying to do? Just based on the error logs it is hard to tell exactly what you are trying to do. Also include the command your running.

Hi @mpotti,

i am getting the both error after running the ./iiq upgrade command from 8.2 to 8.3 since am using sqlserver DB.

Could you please provide the full stack trace? Also, can you confirm which MySQL JDBC jar is present in ../WEB-INF/lib (if any)? Additionally, could you share the connection pool settings from the iiq.prop file?

Hi @ganesh-atikes ,

i have placed the mssql-jdbc-12.8.1.jre8 into WEB-INF/lib folders and still getting the same error.
