Rule Development Kit Setup Error

Hello Developers,

I am facing issue while trying to setup the RDK on my laptop. I am using eclipse to run the project. I cloned the git repository and also copied the rule from the Rule Development Kit | SailPoint Developer Community . But when i tried to convert that rule to xml format i am getting error that sailpoint.dtd does not exist.

So how do i get rid of that error in my xml file?
