I’m trying to generate a report that shows if a role is enabled, who has modified it, when and what was modified. Is this possible?
The scope of this report would be for all the roles that we are working with.
I did a research around sailpoint forums but couldn’t find anything.

The OOTB report like Role Change History can provide you that information except the What was modified part.

You can run a Search for the following:
technicalName:ROLE_UPDATE_PASSED
There isn’t a way to show what actually changed in the table view, but you can click on any entry to get details.
So, you can open the search result entry, and see the various “before” and “after” values associated with the role change.
