When running a role membership certification not all role members are included.
I have an IT role which is manually assigned to 500 people by access request. The IT-Role is not part of any business role.
In the role statistics and analytics we can see the role is assigned and detected for these 500 people. But, when running the certification for this role there are only 150 of those 500 included.
What could cause this behaviour?
