I am facing issue with roles. The role is not going for approval rather it’s directly going for provisioning. So when I reproduced the scenario in lower environment, I noticed it’s because of some inheritance. So what I did is removed the inheritance from the business role and then the approval triggered for that role. I did this in the lower environment but I think this is not the right approach to resolve this. I am suspecting this is issue at workflow level?
Could you also please shade some light on the role inheritance part? Let’s say if the user has the parent role and now requesting for the child role, would it trigger approval or no?
