So, I’m creating a role and I’m trying to provision it a certain AD group every time a add a user to the role they don’t get added to the AD group afterward. With the Role, first its business role and then I have IT role under it that is connected, like a required role.
Can you provide feedback or assistance ?
@rrcooke does that user has account in that application ? if not then you can write provisioning policy in IT role to create account then it will assign group membership.
@rrcooke That should work. What happens if you run a refresh task selecting the user?
What do you see if you look in the Entitlements tab for the user?
so inside the provision policy “form”,it should have a groupof part ?
I see the business role for the user but I don’t see them being provisioned to the ad inside on application account
