Requirement: Post completion of a campaign a new SNOW shud be generated

There is a new requirement: Post closing of the campaign we should be opening a SNOW request for any actions required of the application team.

How to achieve this , pls help me with the Workflow trigger and necessary action blocks to design this wflow.

You can create a workflow which can be triggered once campaign is signoff or completed and then create a snow request using API
Trigger :
Certification Signed Off / Campaign Ended
