We have required comments for all our LCM workflows. With recent IIQ upgrades, the required comment in the approve step for role changes has disappeared.

Are you using ootb workflow or custom workflow ? Also can you check if this was done through some custom plugin ?

For the most part we are using OOTB workflows. There are NO custom plugins that modify the UI. In my mind the solution could be as simple as making a field “required”, but my research has NOT uncovered the form used in the the Role Modeler workflow.

can you check what workflow is configured in your case for “Role create,update and delete” ?
