As fellow members mentioned, there is no out-of-the-box option for this. However, using PowerShell and SailPoint APIs, we can build customized reports based on your specific requirements.
@rohitmisal45 As far as I know, the Search feature in SailPoint ISC doesn’t currently provide an option to customize or reorder the columns in the exported CSV. The export typically follows the order of the attributes defined in the Search results, and there isn’t an out-of-the-box setting to rearrange them.
Hi @rohitmisal45
As far as I know, there isn’t an out-of-the-box option to change the column order in Identity Search exports. We’ve handled similar requirements by exporting the data and reordering the columns using a script (PowerShell) or by building a custom report using SailPoint APIs, depending on the business need.
You can try reordering the identity columns and then use the PUT endpoint to update your saved search.
If the PUT request doesn’t work, you can use the create endpoint instead with the same payload just change the saved search name.
I remember I was able to update the display name in my report using this approach by not remember if reordering work.
Note: If your token doesn’t work, you can retrieve the current session’s access token from your browser. Open your browser’s Developer Tools, inspect the Network tab, select any authenticated request, and copy the access token from the Authorization header.
