We have observed that the reminder email is no longer sent out after the campaign end date regardless of whether the user has signed off/completed their review - we have a number of stragglers that do not complete their review by the end date and it would be nice if it were to continue to send out reminders regardless of end date.

This sounds like it might be a product issue rather than documentation. I’m going to move your comment over to ISC Discussions and Questions to get more help from the community. If this results in a product change or something that needs clarification, we’ll be sure to update our docs.
