Hi Experts,

Would like to seek for your advice on below:

I am trying to set a reminder for access request items (roles/entitlements) to the approver. If the approver does not respond within 7 days, the access request should be canceled.

I found that in the “Approve and Provision Subprocess,” the “Approve” step allows setting “Remind then Escalate.” I wonder if creating an escalation rule in this step can help achieve my goal.

Appreciate that if anyone can share example of the rules.

@Bernardc you can use escalation rule also and return null. Workitem will be expired and so request will be cancelled.
