Remediation Report

I am trying to disable an Entra Account via the Entra Connector:
Navigate to the Identity > Accounts > Entra Account > Actions: Disable
I am getting the following error:
[ConnectorError] Error occurred in disable user (requestId: e212e26cd5ab459ba5a50df003dafb7f)

In SEARCH it says: Completed with errors. Refer to the remediation status report.

Where is the “remediation status report”?

Hi Chuck,

I believe the remediation status report it’s referring to is Search → Reports → Provisioning Activity. However, this will likely show the same error you have shown above.

Is that the entire error message that is shown to you? If so, could you enable connector level logging and show what the full error is?

If it’s a SaaS connector you need to go with Connectivity Customizers | SailPoint Developer Community

If it’s a on-premise connector you can enable logging to check further.

Is this account sync’d from OnPrem AD? If so, the disable in Entra will not work. Try creating an Entra Account that isn’t being sync’d from AD and see if that works.
