We are receiving a null pointer exception when we run the “Refresh Role Indexes”.
We tried enabling the logs on the refresh role indexes task, but it was of no help. Any guidance or inputs on this is greatly appreciated.

hi @mbommakanti3298 - Are you able to run a Full Text index? What does the log error look like?

Hi @mbommakanti3298 ,

please try to “TRUNCATE TABLE SPT_ROLE_INDEX” and re-run the task
to refresh the Role Indexes.
