Our “Refresh Identity Cube” runs every 60 minutes, but in the past several days, it is cancelling automatically when the task runs.

This is not the log, These loggers are from your iq servers it seems. It is returned by sailpoint.connector.RPCService:565. Please trigger the task, and on the side window tail the logs, and look for errors.

JFYI:
The main IdentityIQ log files on your application server. This is usually identityiq.log or catalina.out (if you’re running on Tomcat).
In log4j2.properties you will find entry like property.logLocation
property.logLocation=D:/Instances/Tomcat/logs/

I did try suggested post, I did not work. I will post the logs soon. but other teammate says it is happening because of “SQL concurrent execution error”.
Please share the proper logs. You can enable the trace and then capture the logs while running the task.
