Red hat linux 7.9 OS supports IIQ 8.4?

Hello Developer community,

We are planning to upgrade IIQ version from 8.2Px to 8.4Px and want to confirm if the current OS version (RedHat Linux 7.9) supports this upgrade or not. If anyone have gone through the similar path or any experience would be really helpful.

RHEL 9.1 and 8.8 is in supported list.

Hi Vishal,
We reviewed the IIQ supported platform matrix but below statement which says “any currently available and supported distributions and versions of Linux will be supported by SailPoint”. That’s why we are thinking of going with current linux version which is 7.9 for IIQ8.4. So if anyone already experienced similar scenario with the same linux version or any other version, would be helpful.

I would say best way would be create a support case.

RedHat 7.9 has been eol for almost a year.
An OS upgrade is in order.

We have extended support for Redhat 7.9 in place and our CSM confirmed that 7.9 supports IIQ8.4.
