Recover Sailpoint VA user

Hi all! Client has lost sailpoint user password and lost access to VA. Is some way to recover it? I think it remain to them to reinstall VAs, but I would like to confirm before answering them. Thanks!

AFAIK, you have to rebuild the VAs.
