PTA Create AD group

Hello

We are trying to use PTA to trigger automated AD group creation using the sample SailPoint template ( Privileged Task Automation). The workflow has no validation errors. But after we fill out the form, the workflow is spinning for hours in the 'Get OUs" step.

We don’t see any errors in the PAG logs. Has anyone implemented this successfully?

Are there any additional configurations to enable more logging in PTA?

Hi we faced the same issue check the credential provider section if you are using hashi corp make sure your “Authentication Provider Path” is correct. We faced the same issue as this wrong please double check on this
