Provisioning Transaction updates

Hi Team,

We have been upgrading the iiq version from 8.3 to 8.4 for that we have copied existing identityiq folder from old to new server and upgraded version but we can’t get the updates in provisioning Transaction in admin console. We have updated days in global settings..can you please in wher doni check to enable updates in provisioning Transaction.

We are not able to get the latest transactions in provisioning Transaction tab

Please make sure that your provisioning transaction log settings are correct. Set it to “Success” for now to ensure that it is correctly creating the transactions. Also, make sure that it is enabled. Someone might have disabled it or changed the log level unintentionally.

Global Settings > IdentityIQ Configuration > Miscellaneous Tab > Provisioning Transaction Log Settings

Thanks for the update. We have already configured all this changes but not getting latest transactions

Is you upgrade was completed properly?? if yes, there should not be any issue. Can you please check if all your background tasks are running without any failure??
