Hello, the Provisioning for create/modify mailboxes on AD was working fine and all in sudden it broke and all the requests are failing as per the error msg, we checked the connection to the AD, logs etc but with no luck so far, I would really appreciate if someone can help. Thanks

Hi @msoli99 ,

Welcome to the community!

Was this error presented after the Create Account / Modify or does it occur after both?

Just to confirm, have you aggregated the application to ensure you have all the updated account data?

Thanks,

Hi @dylanfoggan,

In fact, it happens with both, so when we create an account on SP, it’s created only on SP but it’s not created on AD.

To confirm, are the Test Connection and the aggregations working as expected?

If they are, could you perhaps share the syslogs after you attempt to create a new AD account?

Thanks,

The test connection & the aggregation are working fine.

I checked the syslogs it’s not helpful, there is an error but the msg: No stacktrace available

Hi @msoli99,

you are tring to create/modify an object dont exists. Be sure the ou path is correct and if you have the permission for create/modify in that ou.

For have mor info you can active the AD connettor logs or see the logs on iqservice.

Are you reading from a specific server or the entire forest?
