Provisioning form not launched for access request once its submitted for self service

Hi all

I have a provisioning form which is launched when a user submits request

This is attached to application - Create form

Its working for all the users except when I am requesting an access for myself

I have added reviewrequested as true too but it straight goes to request submitted instead of launching the form

Let me know what changes I have to make

reviewRequired=“true” does not force a form globally for every request. It only means that if that field is part of the provisioning policy being used, the field must be shown during provisioning-request processing even when a value can be defaulted or calculated. If the Create policy is never invoked, reviewRequired on that create-form field will not help.

@guptaMani When you tried submitting request, did you already have the account?

Please share the app xml and form xml for review as well.

Able to get the form by cleaning the identity
