Policy violations - If one request item has Policy violation, all approvers are of different worktimes are also getting policy violation alert/warning

Info: When I have requested for multiple roles and one have violations with the existing identity’s access, it is causing violation message on both violating role and non-violating role workitems that are created for other roles too.

Here in the above two workitems one role do not have any violations with the identity’s existing access, but the other do. Still the violation is on both the workitems of respective roles.
