When starting a new project in Eclipse for plugin development the IdentityIQ location is needed, as shown in picture. But we use a VM for ours, it is not locally installed. How to develop plugin in Eclipse towards a VM?

You need to have the folder of IIQ acessible to build the plugin, but it doesnt have to be installed.
So, choose a version based on your needs just point the correct path.
