Personal Access Tokens now available to all users

Previously, Personal Access Tokens (PATs) could only be created by org admins. The latest update to Identity-now allows all users, not just admins, to create PATs. This is a big step forward for regular users who want to automate tasks they do every day by allowing them to generate a token that gives them access to APIs that require a user context, like get requestable objects and create access request

Is there a document which list which APIs are accessible via PATs generated by end users?

Welcome to the developer community Sidhant. The user level matrix maps very closely to what API collections each user is allowed to interact with.
