Password reset failure notification failure (Missing information about the account that failed to reset)

We are experiencing a communication failure between the IDN and the SAP BW QAS environment, so changing the password for this environment returns an error. However, the informational email to the employee does not specify that there was a failure, specifying in which account the failure occurred.

This is normal? When there is a communication error with a source and the employee resets the password, would they have to specify which source did not update?

I need to specify which source the password was not changed.

Can you look through Search for the Events and see if the password change failure is there?

I am wondering if your source was offline whether SailPoint attempted the password change for SAP.

In the events it appears from which source that the password was not changed, I wanted to know if there was a way I could bring this information to those who are trying to change the password through this email template?
