Have you created an create account profile for the csv application? Only if this exists the required data is available and being sent to the connector.
Just heard back on the ticket: It has been raised as an enhancement request (IDNWAIMEA-10199) and your CSM should be able to provide updates. Maybe @colin_mckibben can keep us updated here as well.

I tried the apache velocity code documented but it does not work for me.
My question if this is live, wouldnāt it be a defect and not an enhancement?
It does work for Entitlement requests, but not Access Profiles or Role requests. My understanding is that it would work for the AP or Role requests if IDN passed it, but they are not passing it through. So I think the enhancement is on the IDN side to start passing the request comments on AP and Role requests.
I have also received a response from SP team acknowledging it as a bug and has provided us with the following Bug IDās which needs to be checked with CSM.

Per the release notes from yesterday, this should be fixed. Iām attempting to test it, but running into some (self-inflicted) issues. Just wanted to share the news in case anyone else wants to test.
Confirmed with new release on 6/5/2023, that this snippet above from Pooja now works for Access Profiles. I did not test with a Role, but would expect the same.
This code snippet is not working in our sandbox environment. It was working a few weeks ago, I tried it today and I am not seeing the comments from the IDN request in the ServiceNow ticket.
Even its not working for our sandbox env today. Although comments in the entitlements request continues to work fine.
Same for us (we use JIRA service desk integration) and it worked on 29th of may but havent worked for like a week atleast. Created a ticket to Sailpoint but after a few days I got the answer āit is not supported for JIRA integrationā which is interesting as it started to work at the same time as it was released for SNOWā¦
