Oracle HCM Cloud Connector Aggregation issue

Hello Experts,

We are using Oracle HCM Cloud connector as the Source of Truth in our implementation. We were to set up the required files in the SFTP location. Test connection and aggregation are working however, no accounts are being aggregated. There are no errors while aggregation, it shows success with 0 accounts.

All three files contain the data. Checked the documentation thoroughly and everything looks good. Enabled the logs as well, didn’t see anything unusual.

Any pointers would be helpful.

Thank you Suraj for redirecting me. The troubleshooting guide says we can see the error in the ccg.log. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any error in the log file.

Still, I will cross-check with the application for the same. Will keep posting the updates.

Hi @ashish_kumar3284

Can you please add the appropriate loggers in log4j2.properties file in VA so that there might be chances that it will show logs in ccg.log file.

Thank you.

Hi @suraj_gorle,

Thank you again for sharing the link. However, while troubleshooting, and found no leads from the connector-specific loggers, landed up here to get expert advice/suggestions.

Hello Experts,

We were able to aggregate the users successfully after investigating the WORKER_TYPE value format.

Thanks

Hi Ashish,

Are you able to give more details on how to resolved this issue? We are having the same issue, and from what I can tell the WORKER_TYPE has the correct values, ie E, P, C, N.

However the error coming through is:

“Discarding invalid worker type : "E" for PersonNumber : "123456". Ensure that the workerType value is according to expected standard”

Where you experiencing the same thing? What did you end up changing?

Thanks helps for any extra info

Could you please share your csv file entry for more understanding?
