We have onboarded Oracle E-Business connector and Test Connection and Account Aggregation is successful. But provisioning (Create, Disable etc) is failing with below error

ORA-04067: not executed, package body “APPS.SP_FND_GLOBAL” does not exist ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: “APPS.SP_FND_GLOBAL” ORA-06512

Any fix for this?

it looks like some grant permission issue, pls check if you missed any permission.
