SunOne-Direct Connector is taking 5 hours, for the same host with same conditions applied OpenLDAP - Connector is taking more than 24 hours. As SunOne-Direct Connector is deprecate, i tried configuring using OpenLDAP, but OpenLDAP is taking too long for account aggregation and we do not have delta aggregation for the same.

how many object are you reading with the new connector? are more respect to the sun connector?

Maybe you are reading more object and SP need more time to aggrergate. You can work on filter.

I am trying to read about 1.75 L Accounts. With same no of partitions and same filter Sunone-Direct is taking comparatively lesser time on the same host.

Ok, but I am talking about object. How many object are you reading with the new and how many with the old?
Also the schema is the same? are you reading the same number of account attribute or more?

and you can activate the LDAP connetor logs, maybe with it you can see where and when the connector waste the time:log4j

log4j.logger.sailpoint.connector.LDAPConnector=debug

Hi Sathish,

Could you try going into the Application object from debug view and then, on the root object, change ‘type’ from ‘OpenLDAP - Direct’ into ‘SunOne - Direct’ as a test?

The connector still has a few specific operations and I’d like to know if this makes a difference.
