One server is taking long time to run the tasks under load balancer of 2 servers
Same tasks are running fine on another server
Tomcat Server - 9
Sailpoint IIQ 8.3p2

I don’t think there is a straight answer for this.

At SailPoint end,

  1. Check the Pending tasks, requests assigned to Task Server1
  2. I would say better delete/cancel them if it is more than 3/6 months.
  3. List down how many Tasks are pointing to Task servers, may be one Task server has more tasks pointed explicitly.

At Server level

  1. Check with your Infra team if there is any difference in hardware config
  2. Check if server can be made efficient
  3. CPU usage levels when the tasks are running

Some times server restart also works. Look for all the answers and take action one by one to see the results.
