Okta Account Aggregation Failure After Upgrade to 8.4P2

Hi Team,

We have recently upgraded to version 8.4P2, and we are experiencing an issue with Okta aggregation. The following error is being reported:
Has anyone else encountered this issue after upgrading? Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated.

Exception during aggregation of Object Type Account on Application Okta. Reason: Unable to create iterator sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Connection pool shut down

Is test connection working ?

Thanks for the response. Yes, the Test Connections are working, and the Group Aggregation task is also running successfully.

What is the authentication type you’re using?

could you attach the log here if possible?

Could you check if there’re any rate limitting configurations set up in the Okta environment that could adversly affect the aggregation attempts from IIQ?
