OHCM Cloud - Update Account

Hello everyone,

Has anyone tried update account operation in OHCM Cloud? The document states that it should work by just synchronizing attributes.

I have defined the WORK_EMAIL attribute in sync with an identity attribute and used OHCM API integration configuration to achieve this use case. The events say that the account has been modified from SailPoint, but the mail has not been pushed to the HCM interface as confirmed by the OHCM team.

If anybody has worked on this already, please share on how this should be working.

Yes, this event message claims the sync is successful.

We encountered the same issue several days ago, but it suddenly started working! You can submit a ticket to SailPoint support team.

Could you share what led to it working suddenly? Did it take some time to sync with HCM, or was there any other thing you implemented?

We didn’t implement anything, we just configured the create provisioning policy and the attribute sync. Check if the connection Via API Authentication is working properly

Yes you are right, there was a delay in batch job processing in our OHCM instance which was why email was not reflected before. Now the email is shown in the HCM interface.
