Hello Everyone,

When i navigated to Non-human accounts page in IDN, an error seems to come up which I have been observing across multiple tenants.

What should be the criteria of an account for it to show up under non-human accounts?

Hello Poorna,

I have noticed the same thing and tried to look into it but to no avail.
My conclusion was that this filter is still a work-in-progress, and only present as of now to make the “Human Accounts” tab name less confusing.

It looks like this link is calling this endpoint: {{baseUrl}}/non-human-identity/beta/non-human-accounts?limit=25&offset=0&count=true&sorters=name

It seems odd that the /non-human-identity part is before the /beta, but regardless, this endpoint doesn’t seem to exist in the API documentation and I can’t get a response through Postman so it seems safe to assume this endpoint doesn’t exist at this time. I can’t comment on if or when this will be available, just that it doesn’t seems like something available currently.

Thank you for your reply, it cleared things up for me. Maybe it was actually intended for future a release.

They seem to have removed the “Non-Human Accounts” tab form the tenants now.
