Hi Aaron,

Sorry about that. How long did it keep the pins before you lost them?

Our key priority at the current moment for the Identity Management UI is to:

• Bring sorting to the Accounts list.
• Add the ability to revoke access items.

We haven’t been able to reproduce the pin clearing issue (yet). Pins are stored using cookies, which makes the issue difficult to reproduce. Once we’re able to reproduce it, we’ll be able to fix it. Hope that helps!

This time it lasted for about 3 days. I pinned them again and that only lasted 1 day.

We’ll be bringing sorting to the Access tab. Here are some of the ones that will be sortable when that enhancement goes out. This work is in progress but will come sometime after the UI goes to prod.

Will there be a search feature added? Some of our users have a lot of access profiles, and it would be nice to be able to search instead of paging through all the access.

When can we expect to see the sort feature coming to the Access tab? Will the sort feature appear on the Identity + Access page, the My Access and My Team views too?

Here are more opportunities for improvement/ease of use:

||- Click on a role and the new window opens. The Entitlements/Access Profiles button is on the right instead of the left, and Entitlements is selected instead of Access Profiles. Let me save what view I want my default to be.|

• On the Roles page, it should save whether I want the Cards or Table view. I never want the cards view. All it does it take up space.
• If I click into an Access Profile and look at the Entitlements, I can’t sort them by name.
• You can’t edit saved search criteria or columns. Only the name and description.

We work as distributed teams. The Identity Management team re-used other teams’ components to construct this UI. I passed this feedback along to the Roles product team. I’ll let them reply to you here. CC @PGookin

Hi Katie, the work to sort on the Identity > Access UI is almost done. It should be rolled out in a couple weeks. We’ll roll out access revocation at the same time.

My Access and My Team are separate UIs. These aren’t scheduled for updates with regards to sorting.

Any update on this? I still don’t see an option to Remove a Role from the Identity.

Any plans on moving the Identities list to the ‘End User’ portals, so (administrative) users can view other users accounts and entitlements? (without being a manager)
It’s hard to request the correct access for someone if they can’t view that person…
It would require some delegated administration and configurability to view certain attributes of course.

In the longer-term, the first most-likely change is to replace the manager access views with the new identity UI. That work isn’t scheduled yet. We could consider opening the new UI up even further after that. It could take a while but we do want this to be a universal view.

I am not seeing the sort feature in the Access tab yet on an Identity [Identity Management > Identities]. Am I missing something? Also, will a filter be available like it is on the Accounts tab?
