Hi Christian, sorry about that. Helpdesk has regained everything it was authorized to do with one exception: MFA resets. We’re just about to add that back to the Helpdesk.
We’ll be adding sorting to the Identity > Access UI as well. Including to let you sort your role names!
@kirby_fitch is it known problem that the “SailPoint for Slack” app is showing Inactive Identities? Our platform UI only shows the Active Identities as expected but looks like the Slack app is still showing Inactive as well.
Sorry, but we hadn’t considered filtering inactives from the Slack app. I’ll get in touch with the Product Manager for that integration to see if we can get that on the roadmap. Thanks for pointing this out!
@kirby_fitch We’re also seeing it in Certifications - when you click on the 3 dots to Reassign an Identity to another it will show both Active and Inactive in the list. Should that be fixed or needs included in the roadmap?
