If there is no direct connector available then check following: Do they exposed any API for User management if yes the you can go for web services connector. If not API then check if they have DB based on that you can select JDBC connector. If not above case then go for delimited connector

Thank you for the explanation. If the application is connected using Delimited flat file connector, and provisioning is done manually, what is the benefit of using a flat file connector?
