I’m curious to know how folks have configured SMTP in NERM sandbox/test environments to control email routing and prevent bulk notifications. I’ve got valid email addresses for users and profiles, but I want to avoid a flood of notifications. I’ve managed to limit notifications for specific scenarios like contractor creation and approval generation by controlling my test data. However, I’m concerned about bulk notifications for contractor expiration. Is there a way to prevent this?
never mind, found the way to specify the intended recipients for automated workflows.
