Need to create report for active members list for a given Entitlement

I am new in sailpoint. I need to create report for active members list for a given Entitlement. I have done this for role from roles members report. Thanks in advance for this resolution.

Try to use this OotB report

but no option for status like this entitlement is enabled or disabled for that member.
