Can someone please help me in providing here a leaver workflow to disable and delete identity based on Philippines location and Employment Details Separation Date for both employees and contractors

I think in the forum you can find some examples, have you take a look into it?
you can managed in some way; with rapid setup, setting the conditions into the leaver filter
and can delete the identity into post leaver rule or configuring the rapidsetup leaver on application:
you can create a logical connector too, if you must do something complex.
the other way is create an Lifecycle event with rule:
into the rule you insert the logic to start the event. Later, you can use the Leaver businness process and change it, or duplicate for deleting the identity.
There are 2, but you have some methods for delete identity.
