Need Help Understanding MergeMap Rule Execution in IdentityIQ

I’m currently trying to work with a MergeMap Rule in IdentityIQ and have been having some trouble getting it to execute.

I’ve gone through the documentation and configured the rule based on what I understood, but I’m still unable to trigger it. I’m trying to understand when exactly a MergeMap Rule gets called and what conditions need to be met for it to run.

If anyone has experience with MergeMap Rules, could you please explain the flow or share an example of how you’ve tested it successfully?

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

WHAT IS YOUR USE CASE?
USUALLY MERGE MAP RULE IS USED WHEN YOU HAVE MULTIPLE ROWS FOR SAME ACCOUNT COMING IN FROM THE TARGET APPLCIATION.
END GOAL OF THIS RULE IS TO MERGE THOSE 2 MAPS ATTRIBUTES WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO BE MERGER.
aND OUTPUT WILL FINAL MAP
