Need a knowledge based article (troubleshooting guide) for sailpoint isc operation team after go live

Hey Everyone,

As we approach the go-live of our SailPoint ISC implementation in the coming weeks, we are preparing for the hypercare phase. During this phase, the SailPoint ISC operations team will be responsible for handling production issues.

To support them effectively, we need a KB article covering troubleshooting steps for various scenarios, including:

  • Aggregation issues
  • Provisioning issues
  • Other common challenges that may arise in production

If anyone has already prepared a troubleshooting guide for SailPoint ISC, I would really appreciate it if you could share it with me.

  1. check firewall related things or port opening for ad etc

2.aggregation problem due to the test and production URLs being the same. ( it will be different confirm with your client)
3. import all the transforms using config hub
