Did you make any changes to the task? Can you share logs?
Yes, it’s Enabled in Global Settings
I was unable to trace any logs but we could trace the request.jsf file, I raised a Sailpoint Ticket Regarding this issue to which got a reply this is a known issue and they have a KB article to resolve it.
No, we haven’t made any changes to the task but we do have a custom Form which triggers these events so just need to make changes based on KB article.
