Multiple sources

Hi all Admins,

Seeking for some help regarding a process we have built. We have 2 sources which is coming from the HR system, and one receives all the data and one more has filter applied where we receive users only from a specific market and ignore the rest. But the problem we see here is as follows:

  1. source ABC - Whole data
  2. source XYZ - Filtered data
The XYZ has the whole data because we have applied the filter very recently, so we want to receive terminations of the users who doesn’t match the filter criteria so to achieve that we changed the mapping in the identity profile to receive end date and lifecycle state from Source ABC which doesn’t have any filter applied and receives all the data. But this approach doesn’t seem to work?

Is there any other way to achieve this ?

Soundarya

Hi,

This approach should work as you mapped the end date from source ABC. Are you facing any error or what’s exactly happening?

Hi Abhinov,

I don’t see any error but the users are not turning into inactive or terminated state.

Hi,

Do you see the end date attribute showing correctly and in LCS transform, are you using end date identity attribute only?

Sometimes in transforms we refer account attributes directly,

-Abhinov

Yes that’s been taken care.

So, are you able to see the end dates for identities that are coming from source ABC? Also, could you please post the transform here?

Hello soundarya, can you check inside the identityprofile if that values are correctly populated? Maybe you have a wrong transform with the incorrect attribute values.

Hi Soundarya,

Please remove the sensitive data and post your transform here.
