Hi, Could you please let me know if there is any process in Sailpoint IdentityNow to have multiple owners for an entitlement. I think currently we can have only one owner for an entitlement. I am looking to have primary, secondary and tertiary owner for an entitlement. Any suggestion for this requirement.
The owner field is not multi-valued. I tried with a patch operation to set it to an array of owners and got a 400 bad request. One owner only, for a given entitlement.

Thank you for your update. I understand that the feature we’re discussing is not currently available in IdentityNow. Based on your suggestion, you can take the initiative to submit a feature request through the Sailpoint portal.

This will allow us to determine if there’s a possibility for Sailpoint to accommodate this functionality in the future, considering its relevance to customer requirements.

We have raised this concern with sailpoint team and they told they are planning to release this in future , but they didn’t share any timeline.
