Moving the account to OU by modifying the CN

I have a use case to move the AD Account while disabling by appending -term to the cn for example
cn=firstname.lastname-term ,OU=disabled users DC=XX,DC=COM.

I viewed the provisioning policy for the Disable usage type and appended the CN with -term.

Now When I disable the user the account still shows in active OU.

can someone help with how to proceed in this case?

I have added the Acc_NewName attribute to the provisioning policy for the disable usage type.
Still couldn’t achieve it.
