Migration between Authoritative Source in IdentityIQ

Hi Team,

We are looking best option for switching the Authoritative sources. In the initial development we need to use AD as authoritative source and later stage we need to migrate to other HRMS system. What is the best way to configure this? What are the impacts on the Identities? Did any one tried this setup?
