The Microsoft SharePoint Online connector was configured using the client credentials grant type, and the test connection completed successfully. During aggregation, although both account and entitlement aggregation statuses show as successful, no accounts or entitlements are being fetched. Is there any recommended solution for this issue?
Are you trying to aggregate all SharePoint sites, or only specific site URLs?
In the source settings, is Manage All Sites ON? If not, did you fill Include Site Collections with real site URLs?
Did you grant the Azure app the right permissions and click Admin Consent?
For client credentials, did you also do the SharePoint appinv.aspx “Trust It” step (tenant FullControl)?
Is SharePoint tenant setting Custom App Authentication enabled (DisableCustomAppAuthentication = false)?
Are your sites under /sites/ or /teams/ (or both)?
In the aggregation run details/logs, do you see 0 objects found or any hidden access denied / token not allowed warnings?
If you add one known site URL to Include Site Collections, does it start pulling accounts/entitlements?
